Hi,can you pls unbanned my friend acc his ign is kemjen112,it say that the banned will expire in 29 days but after 29 days she is still banned can you pls tell me if what is the reason that why is she banned and can you pls unbanned him pls that acc is important to her all of his friends are thier,brokenlens server is the server that Kemjen112 enjoy the most but rels said Kemjen112 is a hacker but that time Kemjen112 is not hacking she didn't know how to hack she is just playing the server like innocent players do pls unbanned him pls
